Operations Manager, All Life is Yoga

All Life is Yoga is a mission-driven yoga studio in Atlanta, Georgia focused on yoga as a practice of mindfulness and self care for all people. We run weekly classes, teacher trainings, and workshops with corporate and nonprofit clients. We are grounded in our values of yoga as a discipline, lifestyle, and a tool for community.

We are looking for a full-time Operations Manager to help our studio and programs run effectively and efficiently to better achieve our mission of work. We are also looking for someone to help us grow and scale. The Operations Manager is a senior-level position that will run the day-to-day operations of our studio and help strengthen the quality of our programs and workshops.

The Operations Manager has, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day operations and upkeep of the studio

  • Develop and execute standard operating procedures for studio and staff recruitment, retention, and transition

  • Manage schedules and activities of instructors

  • Manage client and partner database

  • Manage all budgeting, basic accounting, accounts receivable and payable

  • Handling operations of all trainings, workshops, and retail

  • Overseeing all external communications and marketing opportunities

  • Managing online communications, advertising, and printed collateral

  • Developing proposals for corporate and nonprofit clients

  • Support on reporting to partners, investors, and clients

Relevant Experiences and Requirements:

  • 3+ years management experience

  • Customer and client service experience

  • Experience of developing systems and processes

  • Strong interpersonal communications and writing ability

  • Experience of budgeting and working with accounting (working directly with our accountant on bookkeeping and financial management)

  • Familiarity with data management systems (MindBody is what we use)

  • Familiarity and experience of working on communications (not expertise)

  • Reliable form of transportation
