What shifts when we release habitual rounding in the spine, open the heart space, and create more freedom in the lungs and diaphragm? This series explores the physical and subtle effects of heart-opening practices—supporting improved breath capacity, more aligned posture, and a greater sense of presence.
Through a thoughtful progression of warm-ups, along with both active and passive heart openers, participants will be guided toward creating space in the front body while building strength and support in the back body. This work can also support emotional release and help process stored tension over time.
