An eccentric contraction occurs when a muscle lengthens while under tension, allowing it to stretch and strengthen at the same time. In this Shoulder Stability series, we’ll use yoga wall bungees to build strength, improve stability, and develop flexibility with control.

This approach is a highly effective way to support shoulder health, helping to prevent injury while efficiently building both strength and mobility.
