The form, function and frequency of yoga practice and teaching

Yoga is a path of embodiment—When the body, mind, breath and spirit are in alignment, there is transparency, integrity, authenticity. This training invites you to see through illusion and reconnect with truth. This requires curiosity, investigation, self-study and action.

In yoga, evolution happens through disillusionment—becoming aware of your own disillusionment. We are shedding layers of the false or inauthentic self to reveal and embody what is true. This requires curiosity, investigation, self-study and action.

In this course, you are learning how to teach yourself. Whether or not becoming a yoga teacher is the path, we must all learn to teach ourselves. Through the lens of yoga, learn how to rise above your own circumstances, regulate your nervous system, and operate from your heart, rather than from your habits.

Whether or not your goal is to become a yoga teacher, this course will guide you to:

  • Learn to enjoy your own company

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Move with clarity, intention, and strength

  • Practice in a way that supports your present and future self

  • Cultivate stability, confidence, and resilience

  • Disrupt habits and addictions that no longer serve you

In a world driven by distraction and urgency, this training offers a reset—a new way of being rooted in self-awareness, integrity, and purpose. You'll learn to practice yoga not for performance or escape, but as a tool for transformation.

What is Peaceful Power?

Peaceful Power emerges from a yoga practice grounded in truth. Yoga is not the end goal but the path toward fulfilling our deepest human needs—love, connection, purpose, creativity, and joy. Through yoga, we learn to embody these fundamental truths and awaken our fullest potential.

For me, yoga has been a profound journey of self-discovery and empowerment—finding strength without aggression, and cultivating calm, clarity, ease, and grace.

This course distills 25 years of dedicated study into three core pillars:

  • Form: Physical and energetic alignment to create safety, flow, and clarity—knowing where you are and where you want to go.

  • Function: The intentional actions that sustain alignment and move you closer to your purpose daily.

  • Frequency: The vibration you emit—aligning your energy and mindset with the life you want to create. Also the time you dedicate, the sounds you express, the light you radiate.

Together, these principles guide you to cultivate peaceful, authentic power from the inside out.

  • Yes. Upon achieving a minimum score of 80% on the final course examination, you will be awarded a certificate of completion.

  • No. This program does not participate in Yoga Alliance certification. Based on extensive experience, I do not believe Yoga Alliance offers meaningful value to yoga teachers. The organization primarily collects fees without delivering standards aligned with the integrity and quality I uphold. While many teachers join Yoga Alliance due to external expectations, this perpetuates a system that often lacks genuine quality and care. My focus is on providing rigorous, authentic training for those committed to excellence in yoga teaching and practice, rather than on industry-standard stamps without substance. You do not need to be registered with Yoga Alliance to teach or get yoga teaching insurance. Yoga Alliance is not mandatory or state regulated.
