Join me for a free six week guided online pranayama and meditation practice on Thursday mornings We will begin with pranayama for 20 minutes followed by a 20 minute meditation. There will also be an optional 15 minute Q&A following each session for those attending live and seeking refinement and deeper insight on their practices. Space is limited.

Pranayama and meditation are essential factors of the yoga discipline. I have consistently practiced pranayama and meditation for 20+ years and they are an indispensable part of my daily routine. You can join me live for each session or have access to the recorded video for the week of the session. The recording will give participants the opportunity to practice the session throughout the week, ideally 3-5 times per week :)
